重楼,中药名。为百合科植物云南重楼或七叶一枝花的干燥根茎。其味苦,性微寒;有小毒。有清热解毒,消肿止痛,凉肝定惊之功效,常用于疔疮痈肿,咽喉肿痛,蛇虫咬伤,跌扑伤痛,惊风抽搐。

功效

清热解毒,消肿止痛,凉肝定惊。

主治

疔疮痈肿,咽喉肿痛,蛇虫咬伤,跌扑伤痛,惊风抽搐。

用法用量

煎服,3-9g。外用适量,研末调敷。

禁忌

1、体虚,无实火热毒,阴证外疡及孕妇均忌服。
2、《本草汇言》:热伤营阴吐衄血证忌用之。
3、《本经逢原》:元气虚者禁用。

炮制方法

除去杂质,洗净,润透,切薄片,晒干。
本品呈结节状扁圆柱形,略弯曲,长5-300px,直径1.0-112.5px。表面黄棕色或灰棕色,外皮脱落处呈白色;密具层状突起的粗环纹,一面结节明显,结节上具椭圆形凹陷茎痕,另一面有疏生的须根或疣状须根痕。顶端具鳞叶和茎的残基。质坚实,断面平坦,白色至浅棕色,粉性或角质。气微,味微苦、麻。

生理特性

1、云南重楼,多年生草本。叶6-10片轮生,叶柄长5-20mm,叶片厚纸质,披针形、卵状长圆形至倒卵形,长5-275px,宽2-112.5px。花梗从茎顶抽出,顶生一花;花两性,萼片披针形或长卵形,绿色,长3.5-150px;花被片线形而略显披针形,黄色,长为萼片的1/2左右至近等长,中部以上宽2-6mm;雄蕊8-10,花药长l-37.5px;花丝比花药短,药隔突出部分1-2mm。花期6-7月,果期9-10月。生于山地林下或路旁草从的阴湿处。
2、七叶一枝花,多年生草本,高30-2500px。茎直立。叶5-8片轮生于茎顶,叶片披针形、倒卵状披针形或倒披针形,长7-425px.宽2.5-125px。花梗从茎顶抽出,通常比叶长,顶生一花,萼片4-6,叶状,绿色,长3-175px;花被片细线形,黄色或黄绿色,宽1-1.5mm。长为萼片的1/3至近等长;雄蕊8-10,花药长1.2-50px。蒴果球形。花期5-7月,果期8-10月。生于山坡林下荫处或沟谷边的草丛阴湿处。
